How to order directly
StealthGear is a retail and wholesale business rather than an automated online checkout: reach us via phone/WhatsApp, email, or the contact form. We'll confirm product availability, pricing, and delivery details with you before your order is finalized and payment is taken.
Shipping
Shipping costs, carrier, and estimated delivery time depend on the product, order quantity, and delivery location, and are confirmed with you when your order is placed. We ship across India; for bulk/wholesale and corporate orders, delivery timelines are agreed as part of the order confirmation.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds on direct orders are handled on a case-by-case basis. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was confirmed at the time of order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@stealthgear.in or +91 98404 96746 with your order details and photos where relevant, and we'll work with you on a repair, replacement, or refund.
Because eligibility can depend on the product and order type (retail, wholesale, or corporate/custom), we confirm the specific return window and condition requirements with you individually rather than applying one fixed rule to every order.
Marketplace orders
For orders placed through Amazon.in or Flipkart, shipping and returns are handled entirely by that marketplace under its own policies. Please contact Amazon or Flipkart customer support directly for those orders.
